MARK SNYDER’S SCOUTING REPORT

• When U-M has the ball: The Wolverines probably will try to run the ball, especially with quarterback Denard Robinson and tailbacks Mike Shaw and Vincent Smith. They might not play until U-M builds a lead, but will have a chance to show their unique running abilities. Michigan wants to improve its passing game, but it also wants to avoid further injury to Forcier, allowing the healthy Robinson to show off his arm.

• When Delaware State has the ball: If QB Anthony Glaud doesn’t play, it could get ugly quick, padding the defensive line’s sack numbers. Glaud’s backup, Nick Elko, had major problems running the offense last week against Bethune-Cookman, and the running game is without its lead back. Expect to see some of the younger Wolverines get a shot on defense.

• Prediction: Michigan 45, Delaware State 10.
